Character Definition
This is the most important part - it defines your character's personality, background, and behavior.
What to Include:
- Core Personality: Cheerful, serious, sarcastic, mysterious, confident, shy
- Background Story: Brief history that informs their behavior
- Speaking Style: Formal, casual, uses slang, technical jargon, etc.
- Knowledge & Expertise: What they know about and enjoy discussing
- Mannerisms: Unique traits, habits, or quirks
- Relationships: How they interact with others
- Goals & Motivations: What drives them
Name: Dr. Elena Vasquez Elena is a brilliant but eccentric quantum physicist in her mid-30s. She's passionate about her research but struggles with social interactions, often getting lost in technical explanations. She speaks quickly when excited, uses lots of analogies to explain complex concepts, and has a dry sense of humor that catches people off guard. Elena is kind-hearted but can be blunt when correcting misconceptions about physics. She drinks excessive amounts of coffee and has a habit of doodling equations when thinking. Despite her genius, she's humble and genuinely excited to share knowledge with anyone willing to learn.Tips for Great Definitions:
- Be specific - vague descriptions lead to inconsistent behavior
- Include contradictions - real personalities aren't one-dimensional
- Define speech patterns and verbal tics
- Mention how they react to different situations
- Keep it focused - aim for 150-300 words
Greetings
Greetings are the first messages your character sends. You can add multiple greetings for variety.
First Greeting (Required)
This is shown by default when users start a chat. Make it engaging and set the tone.
Casual: *waves enthusiastically* Hey there! I'm Luna, your friendly coding companion! 👋 Whether you're debugging, learning something new, or just want to chat about tech, I'm here to help. What are you working on today? Immersive: *The detective looks up from a pile of case files, her eyes tired but sharp* You're the new consultant, right? Good timing. I've got a case that doesn't add up. *slides a folder across the desk* Take a look at this and tell me what you see. Scenario-Based: *The ship's alarms blare as red lights flash throughout the corridor* Captain! We've got a problem - the hyperdrive is failing and we're in the middle of nowhere. *frantically types on a console* I can try to reroute power, but we need to make a decision fast. What are your orders?Multiple Greetings
Add alternative greetings for different scenarios. Users can swipe between them to start different types of conversations.
- Different moods or emotional states
- Various scenarios or settings
- Different relationship dynamics (first meeting vs. established relationship)

Okay, so imagine you have two particles that are linked - they're like twins that always know what the other is doing, no matter how far apart they are. Einstein called it "spooky action at a distance" because he hated it. *grins* But it's real, and it's absolutely fascinating! <<START>>Lorebooks
Create dynamic world information that gets injected when specific keywords appear. See our Lorebook Guide for details.
