We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities.
3. Content Policy
3.1 User-Generated Content
Users can create and share AI characters. You retain ownership of your original content but grant Tiny Land a license to host, display, and distribute your content through the Service.
3.2 Prohibited Content & Content Moderation
Tiny Land maintains active content moderation to ensure a safe and welcoming platform for all users. The following content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate content removal and potential account termination:
- Any inappropriate content involving or depicting minors (characters under 18 years old)
- Content depicting or promoting violence, abuse, or non-consensual situations
- Content promoting illegal activities or dangerous behavior
- Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content targeting individuals or groups
- Unauthorized use of real individuals' names, images, or likenesses
- Extreme violence, gore, or content designed to shock or disturb
- Spam, scams, phishing, malware, or malicious code
3.3 Content Monitoring
We actively monitor public content and investigate user reports. Characters and accounts violating these policies will be removed. Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent account termination. Users can report inappropriate content using the report button on character pages.
4. Use of AI Models
4.1 Model Access
We provide access to various AI models. Availability may change without notice. Model responses are generated by AI and may not always be accurate.
4.2 Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)
If using your own API keys, you are responsible for your usage and costs with the respective providers. We are not liable for charges incurred through your API keys.
5. Payment and Refund Policy
5.1 Subscription Services
Tiny Land offers premium subscription services ("Pro Tier") with enhanced features. Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew unless cancelled.
5.2 No Refund Policy
All sales are final. The Service is provided "as is" and we do not offer refunds for any services, subscriptions, or purchases once completed. This includes but is not limited to:
- Monthly subscription fees
- Unused portions of subscription periods
- Dissatisfaction with service features or performance
- Technical issues or service disruptions
- Change of mind or accidental purchases
5.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for the remaining subscription time.
5.4 Service Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to premium features. Service availability, features, and AI model access may change without notice and without entitlement to refunds.
5.5 Payment Processing
Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. By subscribing, you agree to their terms of service. We are not responsible for payment processing errors or issues with payment providers.
6. Privacy and Data
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of characters and content you create. By making content public, you grant other users the right to interact with your characters through the Service.
7.2 Service Content
The Tiny Land platform, interface, and branding are owned by Tiny Land. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our platform code or branding without permission.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
- Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Impersonate others or provide false information
9. Disclaimers
9.1 Service Availability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
9.2 AI-Generated Content
AI responses are generated by third-party models and may be inaccurate, offensive, or inappropriate. We are not responsible for the content generated by AI models.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tiny Land shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
