Take responsibility for the content you create. Use appropriate tags and ensure your characters comply with our content policies and community standards.

2. Content Guidelines

✅ Allowed Content

• Original Characters: Create unique personalities, backstories, and creative narratives
• Fandom Characters: Characters inspired by existing media (with proper attribution)
• Diverse Themes: Fantasy, sci-fi, adventure, mystery, drama, and creative storytelling
• Educational Content: Characters for learning, practice conversations, or skill development
• Experimental Concepts: Innovative and creative character concepts that inspire imagination

❌ Prohibited Content

Tiny Land maintains strict content moderation to ensure a safe, welcoming community. The following content is strictly prohibited:

• Content Involving Minors: Absolutely zero tolerance for any inappropriate content involving or depicting minors (characters under 18)
• Non-Consensual or Violent Content: Content depicting or promoting violence, abuse, or non-consensual situations
• Illegal Activities: Content promoting illegal activities, dangerous behavior, or real-world harm
• Hate Speech: Content targeting or discriminating against individuals or groups based on protected characteristics
• Unauthorized Use of Real People: Creating characters impersonating real individuals without authorization
• Extreme or Graphic Violence: Content glorifying extreme violence, gore, torture, or causing harm
• Spam and Malicious Content: Spam, scams, phishing, or content containing malware

3. Character Creation Best Practices

Quality Over Quantity

Focus on creating well-developed characters rather than mass-producing low-quality ones. The community values depth and creativity.

Clear Descriptions

Write clear, informative descriptions. Users should understand the character's personality, setting, and intended interaction style.

Proper Tagging

Use accurate tags that help users discover your character. Don't spam irrelevant tags or mislead users about content.

Attribution

If your character is based on existing media, credit the source. Don't claim others' creative work as your own.

4. Community Interaction

Constructive Feedback

When providing feedback on characters, be constructive and respectful. Focus on how to improve rather than just criticizing.

No Harassment

Don't harass, bully, or attack other users. Disagreements are normal, but keep discussions civil.

Respect Privacy

Don't share others' private information without consent. Respect users' privacy and boundaries.

No Impersonation

Don't impersonate other users, staff members, or real people. Be honest about your identity.

5. Reporting and Moderation

How to Report

If you encounter content that violates these guidelines:

1. Click the "Report" button on the character profile
2. Select the violation type
3. Provide details about the issue
4. Submit the report

What to Report

• Prohibited content (minors, non-consent, hate speech)
• Spam or malicious content
• Harassment or abuse
• Copyright violations
• Impersonation or misrepresentation

False Reports

Don't abuse the report system. False or malicious reports may result in action against your account.

7. Enforcement

Warning

First-time or minor violations typically result in a warning and guidance on how to comply with guidelines.

Content Removal

Violating content will be removed. You'll be notified and can appeal if you believe it was removed in error.

Temporary Suspension

Repeat violations or more serious breaches may result in temporary account suspension.

Permanent Ban

Severe violations (prohibited content, illegal activities, persistent abuse) result in permanent account termination.

Appeals

If you believe you were wrongly sanctioned, contact us at contact@tinyland.ai to appeal.

8. Legal Compliance

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction and ours.

Copyright and IP

Respect intellectual property rights. Fan content is allowed, but don't claim ownership of others' creative work.

Law Enforcement

We cooperate with law enforcement when required by law. Illegal content will be reported to appropriate authorities.

9. Platform Rules

No System Abuse

• Don't attempt to hack or exploit the platform
• Don't use automated tools to spam or scrape data
• Don't circumvent rate limits or access controls

Account Sharing

Don't share your account credentials. Each person should have their own account.

Multiple Accounts

Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans or manipulate the system is prohibited.

10. Changes to Guidelines

We may update these guidelines as the platform evolves. Significant changes will be announced to the community. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the new guidelines.
